At Whiskful Dreams, we take pride in delivering high-quality, freshly made baked goods. Due to the nature of our products, we have the following return policy in place.

Perishable Goods

Because our products are freshly prepared and perishable:

All sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on baked goods.

Order Issues

If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order:

  • Incorrect item received
  • Damaged product upon arrival
  • Quality concerns

We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion after reviewing the issue.

Custom Orders

Custom or personalized orders (including custom cakes or special requests) are non-refundable once production has begun.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within a limited time frame after placement.
  • Same-day or custom orders may not be eligible for cancellation.
